These are owned projects — not client work, not agency demos. All of them exist because Jonathan needed them to exist, or because building them was the only way to figure out the thinking behind them.

Research and media platform

What it is

A media and research platform documenting the shift from traditional economic systems toward AI-native, programmable, and decentralized ones. Essays, research, and thinking published in real time.

Why it exists

Most coverage of AI and Bitcoin falls into one of two buckets: hype or dismissal. Neither is useful for the person trying to figure out what to do right now. DWT exists to document the transition seriously, from the inside, for people who aren't engineers.

Status

Live and publishing. Five essays across four research pillars. Eight research areas structured and forming. Newsletter launched. Site rebuilt July 2026 with cleaner brand direction.

Sovereign OS

Personal AI operating system

What it is

An integrated personal intelligence system — daily briefing, persistent memory, project workspaces, focus sessions, research, content production, long-term vision, and a context-aware AI assistant. Designed to replace fragmented tools with one compounding system.

Why it exists

The tools that existed were either too generic or required more manual overhead than they saved. Built this for myself because the system I needed didn't exist. The name is intentional: sovereignty over your own time, attention, and knowledge is one of the most valuable things you can build in an attention economy.

Status

Foundation complete (daily briefing, BTC panel, Pomodoro, habits, basic AI chat, life planner, vision framework, content engine). Intelligence layer — memory schema, research module, context-aware assistant — actively in development.

AI Content Engine

Content intelligence pipeline

What it is

A structured pipeline for content production: YouTube channel analysis, outlier video identification, Claude-powered breakdowns (hook, framework, keywords, script), LinkedIn post generation, and a full-screen teleprompter for recording. Lives inside Sovereign OS as the content module.

Why it exists

Content production without a system is unsustainable. Most creators either burn out grinding manually or produce generic AI slop. This is an attempt to build a system that makes production consistent and connected to actual research — not just faster.

Status

Functional and in daily use. YouTube analysis, Claude breakdowns, LinkedIn generation, and teleprompter are all working. Planning to extend with transcript-to-essay pipeline and multi-platform scheduling.

Personal Knowledge System

Memory and context layer

What it is

The memory and knowledge architecture inside Sovereign OS. A structured system for capturing decisions, research findings, key insights, and evolving mental models in a format that an AI assistant can retrieve and reason over — not just search.

Why it exists

Most knowledge management tools optimize for storage and retrieval. This is optimized for context: giving an AI system enough structured background that it can reason usefully across sessions without being re-briefed from scratch every time.

Status

Schema design phase. The open question being worked through: what's the right granularity for a knowledge entry — atomic facts, narrative summaries, or structured decision records? Testing against real use before building.

Eight-pillar structured research system

What it is

The structured research architecture behind Digital Wealth Transfer — eight interconnected pillars (AI and automation, Bitcoin, digital ownership, future of work, robotics, energy, personal sovereignty, education) with a full editorial system for essays, notes, and research threads.

Why it exists

Research without structure and an output system doesn't compound — it just accumulates in notebooks and browser tabs. The library gives the research a home, a forcing function to publish, and a framework for knowing what's been covered and what's still forming.

Status

Architecture live. Five essays published across three pillars. Four pillars actively forming with no essays yet (Bitcoin, robotics, energy, personal sovereignty). Research and publishing continues.

Context Engineering Framework

System of AI context templates and configurations

What it is

A structured library of context templates, system prompts, and AI configurations built for specific recurring tasks — writing, research, analysis, planning, and content production. The operational layer that makes AI useful in practice rather than just impressive in demos.

Why it exists

The gap between someone who uses AI occasionally and someone who has built AI into their operating system is almost entirely about context. This framework is the attempt to encode judgment, voice, and domain knowledge into reusable configurations that produce consistently useful outputs.

Status

Internal and in daily use. Not published publicly yet. Core templates exist for writing, research synthesis, planning, and content. Refining through use before any documentation or release.

How it fits together

These aren’t separate projects.
They’re one system.

Digital Wealth Transfer is where the research is published. Sovereign OS is where the thinking happens. The Content Engine, Knowledge System, Research Library, and Context Framework are the infrastructure connecting those two.

Each piece is in a different stage. Some are live and daily-use. Some are in active development. Some are forming at the architecture level. All of it is documented in real time.

These projects are documented publicly as they develop. The research informs the writing. The writing informs the product. The product informs the research.
